Recently, I gave a presentation to the Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Providers of New York State (ASAP). It was such a thrill for me to be invited to be a Keynote Speaker at their Women’s Luncheon. I spoke about how my brother and I are using his story as a means of substance abuse prevention education. What a great opportunity!

Mira Costa High School is one of our local schools. Our director, director of photography, and our star attend this school. We had a private screening for friends & family. We are thrilled and grateful for this review by the Editor- in- Chief of La Vista, Madeleine Powell.

Joined advocates from Moms Strong in D.C. We discussed the mental health harms with the health/drug advisers of senators Dianne Feinstein, Kamala Harris, Ben Cardin and Chris von Hollen. One staffer told us that we were the only group who came to talk about the negative side effects–everyone else comes in to talk about the benefits. This explains a lot about what’s going on.
