Advocates Unite in D.C.

I was thrilled to be invited to join advocates from Moms Strong for a trip to Washington D.C. We discussed the mental health harms with the health/drug advisers of senators Dianne Feinstein, Kamala Harris, Ben Cardin and Chris von Hollen. One staffer told us that we were the only group who came to talk about the negative side effects–everyone else comes in to talk about the benefits. This explains a lot about what’s going on.
